In a bowl, take butter, Semisweet chocolate, and coffee powder.
Melt all these on double boiler to get a smooth and lumps free solution. Once done, let the solution come to the room temperature.
In a large mixing bowl, take two large eggs. With whisker, whisk these to get soft peaks. Add sugar and whisk again to dissolve sugar complete.
Add chocolate solution and cocoa powder to the egg-sugar mixture and gently fold them.
Sieve flour, baking powder and salt altogether and mix these into batter.
Do not over mix the solution. Gently fold all the dry ingredients along with chopped almonds into wet ingredients with cut n fold method to keep the air intact.
Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven at 160° C.
Take an 8*8 baking tin and line in with parchment paper. Pour the batter into it. Tap the tin on counter. Sprinkle chopped almonds on top. Bake it in a preheated oven at 160° C for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take the tin out from the Oven. Drizzle Nutella on it. Cut it into pieces.
Your whole wheat Almond Nutella brownie is ready to serve.
