In a bowl take flour, jaggery powder, salt and baking powder.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Add clarified butter into the dry ingredients and start mixing it.
Start adding milk to bind the mixture.
Prepare the dough and transfer it onto a butter paper.
With the help of a rolling pin, roll the sheet evenly.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 160 °C.
Using any cookie cutter, cut even size cookies.
Place these cookies on a greased tray.
Bake these cookies in a preheated oven for 15-18 min.
Transfer the baked cookies on a wired rack and let them cool.
